The spa experience extends through hydrotherapy and restorative facilities, including a sauna, steam room, hot and cold whirlpools, spa pool, relaxation lounge, and locker rooms. Guests can also explore fitness classes, yoga, pilates, spinning, stretching, personal training, and the spa’s healthy vegetarian restaurant with freshly pressed juices.

The spa menu follows three wellness journeys: Fountain of Youth, Tree of Life, and Heaven on Earth, each designed to guide the body and mind through renewal. Signature rituals include The Fountain’s Flow, a three-hour experience beginning with flotation therapy in the Flotario, and Life Balance, a three-hour ritual integrating Mayan-inspired therapies. Traditional temazcal ceremonies are also offered in on-site pre-Hispanic sweat lodges. Between treatments, guests may move through hydrotherapy, rest in the relaxation lounge, or continue their practice with yoga and meditation beside the cenote. Spa treatments are available at an additional charge.

Beyond the gym, active guests can enjoy tennis lessons on the resort's outdoor tennis court, complimentary bicycles, and scenic hiking and biking trails across the 750-acre estate.
